- Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for most products within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition (including tags and packaging).

- Packaging and Shipping: Please securely package the item(s) and include the original receipt or packing slip. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
- Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your return within 7-10 business days. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.
3. Refunds
- Method of Refund: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a condition that is not deemed new or unused, we may issue a partial refund or reject the return altogether. The same applies if the item is returned after the 30-day return window has passed.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the replacement item. We do not offer direct exchanges, but we will be happy to assist you with the return and purchase of an alternative product.
5. Defective or Damaged Items

- Initial Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.

7. Late Returns
